Update Information…Next month, December 2009, TransCab will instal JPS-MDT, so leaving manual communication system between call center to all transcab who operates in jabodetabek.

This kind of modern technology more more highly completed than any other taxi. Our call center much more concern to public relation, while auto answer operator by online IT Program, converted from recording sound from customer to text to pur JPS-MDT screen (Touch) send to the nearest transcab car to the point of order (Customer house, etc). Offered the driver to take and waiting 5 second waiting confirmation from the driver, than transfer to other car nearest after the first.

Even the driver out of d taxi car, text message forward to our cell !! All offering order based on the nearest car from d customer position.

Hopefully this High technology as the first taxi using this kind newly system, can b support our service, even hardly difficult to search d best driver recruite to Transcab, but we believe, beter we extend a few driver than we came up to the wrong step coz of stupid n crazy driver destroyed all d trust from our lovely customer.

mie sedap masih kalah di jakarta,

jualnya pake hadiah,mungkin akan lebih nenarik

sudah lama sejak terakhir saya posting (last year on nov 08), hehe.. saya dapat kabar dari orang factory Sampoerna kalau Mix 9 sudah tidak diproduksi lagi, which meant, GAGAL TOTAL, hehe.. terbukti bahwa dalam Industri Rokok itu unik, Brand tidak ada apa2-nya dibandingkan kebiasaan dan kenikmatan rokok setiap penghisapnya (loyalitas), artinya kalau mau laku mendingan Mix 9 dijual murah dan masuk segmen Rokok murah saja (Tier 2 atau 3), sehingga paling tidak orang2 beli karena harganya yang murah.. seperti Sampoerna mengeluarkan U Mild & L n M melalui anak perusahaannya (PT Asia Tembakau) untuk segmen LTN, terbukti lumayan laku dan produksinya terus meningkat!!

Tapi bukan berarti Sampoerna harus menyerah, karena mungkin saja dominasi Djarum dan GG akan luntur, perlu keajaiban (misalnya Image-nya menjadi jelek karena cacat produksi dan diumbar media, hehe..) seperti kasusnya Mizone yang Ngap-ngapan setelah ketahuan mengandung zat berbahaya, padahal masih dalam batas toleransi..

Yah, siapa tahu, tapi yang jelas.. Sampoerna nggak bakalan kapok untuk menghadirkan lawan2 baru untuk Djarum & GG untuk segemn SKM Full Flavour ini, yang terbaru yakni Dji Sam Soe Super Premium Masterpiece, dan saya cek ke orang Factory, jenis ini mengalami peningkatan produksi.. Tanda-tanda ataukah hanya sesaat saja dan berakhir seperti Mix 9.. Waktu yang akan membuktikan kembali.
